Hello ****, I understand you're in Tucson, Arizona. Could you please provide some details about the legal issue you're facing?
Hi. Since about February of last year *. Ive been working for an rv park the exchange was i clean for them i get to live here for free. New management came in a week after me already working here and her friend followed her from the other rv park she was managing. Anyways her friend also worked for this rv park up untill 2 days ago. Ive let the manager know her friend had come to my door and threatened me and all she said was her friend was trying to have a discussion basically ignoring it mind you my husband and my 8 year old daughter witnessed it. So months go by the friend ends up having a boyfriend at this park and the boyfriend scratched his private area infront of me and again the manager protected the other person because its her friends boy friend even though he did it. Ive let her know im protected under the ADA and she ended up finding a lawyer and the lawyer apparently told her that theres a loop hole to having me lose my job basically to say the job is not avaliable anymore like they dont have a cleaning job period. So im trying to figure out if there is anything i can do. All i have are text messages to her of the incidents when they happened and her in text not doing anything.

They cheated the system to where it wont come up as i was wrongfully terminated because they said my job is just gone they dont have a cleaning job.
