Summary
Employers must provide reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities unless it causes undue hardship. It is causing me undue stress and anxiety which exacerbates my condition, so yes it is impacting my current ability to work. The future concern of travel is also a problem. My main question though, is do I have a case to sue if my manager is pre-emptively telling me they wont approve something they dont truly approve just to try to force me to agree to fly before my condition is even recertified in *? It feels like she was trying to force me into agreeing to travel by saying it wouldnt be approved anyways when the process doesnt really work like that. HR approves or denies them and both sides need to submit their business cases.
