I work in the hotel industry as a front desk supervisor. I’m a blank woman over * working under a white make under *. My manager has been targeting me ever since he was called into a meeting due to lack of training, communication, fairness and honesty months ago. Since then he’s made countless comments to our employees expressing his dislike for me and for me wanted me gone. He has said out of his own mouth “yeah I like payback.” It don’t stop. I’ve brought my concerns up there later as I saw fit without being immature about all the little things but nothing seems to work. A newer auditor told me that he said “I’m over here, I’m getting her wrote up” and more. Then told me days later in conversation about termination that “if I was to fire you, I’d wait until the end of your shift.”
Supposedly all of a sudden and at the same time, a few curators and valet brought some untrue allegations to HR about me. Said I was inhumane, unpleasant to work with, make others feel stupid and less than, that I yell and scream at valet and that I brought a gun to work, pulled it out and laid it on the desk which isn’t true whatsoever.
They viewed camera and took 48hrs to investigate. Found NO evidence of any of those things yet wrote me up with a FIRST yet FINAL warning based on “the perception of others.” I’ve contacted corporate HR and have reached out to for legal assistance.

whenI first came on he was asking me to write people up that he didn’t care for etc. Now he’s doing the same things to me. I was given 24hrs to look over this unjust write up and return it. I don’t agree with and have contacted our corporate office about the matter but wanted to get legal help as well.
