I went to the doctors on */*/* due to pain in my back radiating down my left leg. The doctor wrote a note stating I could return to work on */*/* on light duty with no bending or lifting over 15lbs for two weeks. I returned to work on */*/* with no issues of light duty. On */*/* I showed up to work and two hours into my shift was called into the office and told I was to go home. The manager informed me that I couldn’t return to work until after my two weeks of light duty is over as they don’t offer light duty even though I had already worked an entire shift on light duty and in order to return after those two weeks of light duty I have to have a meeting with the other manager and someone else.
