not sure if it’s anything but something doesn’t feel right and I was out of work with COVID and covered by occ health as symptoms got worse I was told to see my doctor and I did my doctor cleared me for */* return date and I saw my manager of work hours on */* and she harassed me about my symptoms , and why her employee is out , I escalated to HR and the resolution is to leave that department concerned as my manager discussed my medical concerns at a cigar bar

What specific actions did your manager take that you felt were harassment?
it was off work hours , she discussed my symptoms in a cigar bar , was question what I had shared with occ health , and this proceeded for a few minutes and walks away saying that don’t worry we will address this when you are back in . I then reached out to HR and we had a meeting with my manager and her and manager is saying. That all she asked was how are you . Manager also stated to me with he on phone don’t talk about this at work which I am well aware off but stated at the end of conversation if I hear about this at work we will be having a different conversation with Hr which I felt qas a threat. And feel like If I work for her still there would be retaliation and when I voiced this the option was to just change departments and no resolution for managers actions I did ask hr for a policy about how managers interact with employees of works and that email was disregarded

I took notes. But no recording but today with HR I did voice to her that it was unsettling how the conversation ended with a threat and was brushed away by HR ,

i told both her and hr while we were on the phone that it’s not settling , I don’t feel safe working for her after the statement and was told I have an option to resign or look for positions within the company “

HR seems like she doesn’t care that’s my opinion, but was told that I can look for positions within abrazo and send them to HR. HR said it was fine to be approached by manager while I’m off the clock but I said to discuss my medical concerns it is not and HR didn’t seem bothered.
