I joined a major company in * and they gave me a sign in bonus with the condition to stay for two years but I left in few months and now they are asking me to pay the bonus back ( before taxes) . If I decided not to pay , will that hurt my credit , will I be sued ? What possible actions can be taken against me ? Do you recommend me to pay it back even if iam not capable? Thanks
