Hello ****,
*. Regarding the delayed raise, check your company's policy or employment contract if it mentions anything about raise timelines.
*. About the transportation issue, it's not your responsibility unless stated in your job description or contract.
Can you please tell me where you're located so I can provide more specific information?

Hello ****,
*. In Pennsylvania, your employer is legally obligated to honor the terms of your employment contract. If a raise was promised and not delivered, you may have grounds for a complaint.
*. Your employer cannot force you to provide transportation for a coworker. This could be considered inappropriate and outside of your work duties.
