Hi Joy! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
Hi. I signed for a job and began training on Monday from 8am 5pm. It was a zoom classroom with appx *-* people. I asked relevant questions, took notes, was tentative, polite and engaged. I did notice I was the oldest one there. The next day I couldnt get into the zoom class, immediately emailed them and received an email from HR that due to my overall performance they were rescending my job offer. I was shocked and confused. I polietly enailed asking why ( no response) then emailed HR asking for my background report to check for errors. No response. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a U.S. law regulating the collection and use of consumer credit information. Since you're in Dubai, local laws apply. You should focus on UAE-specific employment and privacy regulations. Would you like assistance connecting with local lawyers?
No but thank you
