Company has sent me legal notice what should i reply to him.

I quit the job without serving a notice period or prior notice to the company. And i quit the job without giving a resignation letter. While i the company the company, company have not given me a offer letter and joining letter to me. Or even i have not signed a any contract to the company. And company also has not taken my aadhar card and pancard from me while i joining the company
