I was working for a firm that during interview stated and made me sign a full time contract with * salary 5 days working and 3 months notice period. For my health reasons they on the interview told me temporarily work for 3 days and then increase whenever you want but they never agreed to increase later on. They paied me * salary and made me work only for 3 days. Now when i resigned they are asking to fulfil 3 months notice as per contract so i filled a case with MOHRE ststing how can theg pick and choose the clause from the contract

Yes i have been asked to upload relevent documents. Each time i consult mohre i get different answers sometimes they say the employee has breached the contract and sometimes they say i have to pay the notice i am confused where is my case going
