Yes this is based on retaliation. I have been going through retaliation and sexual harassment. Filed an eeoc and have right to sue letter from DOJ. At same time university put me on three back to back suspensions without pay and now this.

Yes but every lawyer wanted at least * to do just merit board hearing. I also tried bono, contingency and legal clinics for free. No one wants to because it’s very complex and/or they want money upfront
