My service termination matter was set aside by Single bench of delhi high court on *-*-*. The court awarded me *% back wages till the age of superannuation and pension as per rules. Against this judgment IGNOU filed appeal in Double Bench of Delhi High Court . I also filed appeal to enhance my back wages from *% to *% as per statutory rule fr 54a. The IGNOU appeal was dismissed on *-*-*. My appeal is still pending. Now my questions are :
