My old boss at UPS contact me offering me a job back after I quit. He wanted to date me though during the process of helping me reapply and now I don't know how to proceed with reapplying when I had to decline his advances and he is running the building.

Verbal. Through text messages. I have them all on my phone. He said he wanted me to come back to work, then asked me to meet him outside of work.
