Im employed per diem position. I've been working this job a few months shy of a year. With my per diem position, my boss schedules full-time and part-time employees for the month. The shifts that are left open are sent to me every week. I then choose the hours i would like to work. I have been sending text messages as well as emails to my boss, for maybe the past month, kindly asking her to send me available hours. She has not replied to my emails or text messages. I recieve other emails from her not relating to this. The emails i recieve are emails she sents to all employee's that work for this company.
