Hi there, My company has a quarterly commission structure. I have earned and unpaid commission from Q1. However their commission guide says payout is not until May. I got offered another job and I'm leaving */*/*. I also live in Oregon. Based on the state laws, am I still entitled to my commission or will my company face penalty wages? Because they are telling me that they will not pay out my commission if I do not remain employed in May at the time of the payout even though I've reviewed my offer letter and it doesn't state that anywhere on the employment agreement I signed. Best, ****Wang
