I reported a cases of sexual assault against a student to the DCFS. An investigator arrived at my job the next day on Friday May 2nd * to interview me and the child. Program Director Phonda Sanders sent me an email demanding that I share with her the legally classified information of the investigation for Q1. I declined . At * pm on Friday May 16th, Phonda Sanders approached me whilst on speaker phone with Anthony from Q1 alleging that I nodded my head in agreement after a student called another student a pedophile and a rapist. To which I told her was false and that I had no recollection of responding to anything of that nature. She and Anthony informed me that I would was being relieved of my duties and placed on suspension immediately and would not be able to return to work until the end of an investigation. I requested to have it in writing they refused and declined my request. I informed them that they had violated my rights and that this was clearly retaliation .
