Furthermore, I believe my termination and the treatment I received were influenced by a hostile work environment
created by my direct supervisor, Jessica Corcino a Hispanic female. On multiple occasions, I experienced behavior
from Jessica that I found to be demeaning, dismissive, and at times, discriminatory in nature. This hostile
environment had a negative impact on my work experience and contributed to the difficulties I encountered during
my employment at MAPEI Corporation. Jessica Corcino made numerous comments about my personality to other
workers in the Human Resources department. Jessica Corcino the Human Resources Manager is also in a
inappropriate relationship with the Human Resources director ( Shaun Trochettes) and that directly impacts her
ability to make decisions.
