I joined my company as senior associate and my notice period was 45 days. I got promoted to Assistant Manager and didn’t received any notification or re employment contract which mentions that notice period changes to 60 days at position of Assistant Manager. As per original offer letter I accepted a new opportunity and when I resigned in my current company they are saying notice period is 60 days

My company didn’t provided me anything in written when got promoted and I do have a soft copy of offer letter stating notice period of 45 days
