i have been falselsy accused of being a nazi/anti simite and dong a nazi salute after a coworker and i had a conversation. it somehow was discussed the podcast i was listening to about the violent rhetoric coming from the left, a few days after the death of charlie kirk. he told hr i was a nazi and did a salute. i openly wear trump shirts and have never had any problems in the over 2 years i was there. kohls lied about a lot on my termination letter and refrenced a fb post in which i do not have my workplace publicly listed nor did i name anyone. i was simply talking about the leftists. i had reported to hr that there was a group targeting christian conservative trump supporters and charlie kirk. i did know it was me. my sister also reported is after being confronted bya group member confirming the group going after me. i have a recorded conversation with hr that will back my claims.
