Ok. Last week on Monday another coworker let’s call her TSO. She filled a sexual harrassment claim against me saying I touched her breast on CP.

Yes. The situation is this. That night the flight was delayed. Like a few hours. We work evening shift. Well the airlines canceled the flight and I was happy and started dancing with my arms next to her. I never touched her and my statement says so.

Yes. Also note I have known and worked with this TSO for a decade with zero issues and or conflicts with this person. The video of this situation isn’t good. It’s from an oldish 1080p stationary globe security cam. We was about * feet away and when you zoom in everything gets pixelated. HR seen it and said to me she couldn’t see anything.

John, this is a serious situation given the sexual harassment claim. Since HR couldn't see anything on the video, having witnesses who can vouch for you would be valuable. Are there any colleagues who can testify about the event or your character?

No. So anyways wrote my statement. I wrote I never touched her inappropriately or ever. Never touched her breast. There is zero audio as well. Talked to my manager about it and he asked me if I grazed her I said no not even that. Ok ready for this next part?

Yes. So 4 days later TSO shows up to work. I’m off work at home. My wife is at work. TSO shows up in street clothes with her husband and baby. TSO starts talking to other coworkers and my wife is absolutely shocked! TSO even leaves baby with husband and goes inside office and talks to more coworkers. Also TSO wasn’t on duty it was her day off:

No. I mean what’s your opinion on what she did? Don’t you think that compromised her story? Plus in addition my wife filed a HWE back on her.

John, TSO's actions could potentially impact the perception of her claim, but it's essential to let the investigation run its course. If your wife has filed a Hostile Work Environment (HWE) claim, it's important for both of you to provide all relevant information and cooperate with HR. Keep documenting everything, and consider consulting with an employment lawyer if the situation doesn't resolve favorably.
