*) I have filled case and the judgement of all the cases are favouring my claims. *) but unfortunately the implementation was not done after court order also. *) the disciplinary proceeding also intiated against me on falisified ground which was stayed by Hon'bel tribunal. *) my Child care leave for daughter's 10th exam was denied to me at such crucial time also. *) now false FIR is launched against me. in view of above i state that i can provide the details evidance court/police after reciving details of FIR and documents only. as per the information given by SI on */*/* the deaprtmental inquiry conducted gainst me but surprisengly i didn't informed about the same. and without me how they can conduct departmental inquiry as per CCS rules.
