- Jay Jones continued to make threats, further intimidating me in the workplace.
- Adams told Jay Jones he felt discriminated against and would not hesitate to file suit for retaliation and disparate treatment. Immediately, Jay Jones starts to retaliate against Adams by assigning Adams personnel tasks that are normally done by supervisor Dale Brown.
- The jobs assigned by Jay Jones involve dangerous chemicals and electrical work, which could pose serious risks if not done correctly, despite having certified electricians on staff.
- These actions by Jay Jones are retaliation for Adams filing a complaint and are an attempt to put Adams in a situation where he could make a significant mistake.
Relief Sought:
- Immediate provision of a work cell phone.
- Investigation into the disparate treatment and retaliation claims.
- Appropriate disciplinary actions against the responsible individuals.
- Assurance of a discrimination-free work environment.
