Non-Compete During the tenn of this Agreement and continuing for two (*) years after the tennination of employment with PRM, whether voluntary or involuntary, EMPLOYEE hereby covenants and agrees that he/she will not, except with the prior wtitten consent of PRM, engage directly in the practice area of pelvic pain or in any other area of practice in which PRM -is engaged, or operate or have any financial or other interest in any medical practice, within the following geographical restriction: (*) if tenninated for cause, a ten (*) mile radius from any office location that EMPLOYEE provides services on behalf of PRM during the course of this Agreement and (*) if tenninated without cause, by either PRM or EMPLOYEE, a five (*) mile radius from any office location that EMPLOYEE provides services on behalf of PRM during the course of this Agreement
