In addition to a more recent event I have voiced that I no longer wish to be in the Spanish queue because of the mental stress it promotes fatigue. Although I was granted said removal a remark was made that me uneasy. It was said that I was hired on as a bilingual representative and am compensated as such. However according to on boarding it says nothing on being bilingual.To add to it a month after I was hired I remember they tried to train me for the Spanish line however my trainer voiced his opinion that I packed the understanding so they did not put me in the line for Spanish.it wasn't until half a year later someone heard me speak Spanish and they put me in the que for the Spanish line.

HR asked me to remain anonymous however I feel like they will continue to be retaliatory
