I recently started working a a restaurant, day seven of me being there they gave me the entire restaurant to bus. They got upset at me because I couldn’t keep up. The manager kept changing the section I was knowing I had all of it. He kept coming up to me and criticizing in a rude manner. All the servers kept harassing me to do my work. I don’t really know what I’m doing just yet, I still needed guidance. The work load made me have a panic attack causing me to leave work. I got fired after. Can I sue them for mistreatment?
