I hVe a time line of me.revoking authorization may 1st. May 8th there was a deduction for *$. I emailed on may 8th demanding the following. am requesting the following

*. Written confirmatior that my payroll deduction authorization has been fully revoked and no future deductions will be processed.

Despite our best efforts to reach you by phone We were unable to connect. However, we would ike to inform you that as per Payactiv's polic) users are allowed to revoke deduction uthorization up to two business days before the end of their pay period. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be honored, as the deduction process Will alreadv be underway

It was a payroll deduction. But my email to them clearly asked for written confirmation no more deductions. They omitted that in their response. I contacted they chat support on may14. I wad told account was deactivsted and no more deductions would occur moving forward
