My boss had changed my pay in the past and about a month after i brought it to his attention he had agreed to restore my back pay but has now told me he will no longer pay me perdium. He doesn't legally have to give me perdium because i live writing * miles of the job site, but i have not traveled nor moved since i have worked for him.
