There is more. I have received a poor performance review in my * plus years with Edison. The new manager last year gave a negative review that killed my bonus & for no valid reason. I met my metrics. In fact o know of three other people under principal who received negative reviews & all are performers. Two are 60 years & older. The principals calibrated the scores to penalize certain people I believe . What say you?
