I went on fmla September * in oregon I work in oregon I have been waiting for fmla benefits since I started fmla now I am getting a very low amount because my employer did not report any of my wages for this entire year I have worked all year up until my leave I have gotten an eviction notice for my apartment all of my bills are past due I am on fmla to take care of my father with I can't even afford gas to do that. My employer hand writes her paystubs wich the employment department will not accept and to there record I have not worked all year I am in a financial crisis my son lives with me and I'm just wondering if I should just sit back and take it and let it go because I'm on the low end of income or if I have options.
