So I recently found out I've got cancer and started treatments my job knew this and continued to schedule me not know if I would be able to even work. I go in and try and work and can only work about * hours I do this for 3 days when I finally ask if I could be transferred to a different dept from being a cook to something that isn't so hot and I could do my own pace. Well in their response they said they would ask. The next day I couldn't go to work because I was feeling the effects of the treatment and they said they put me on a 3 month leave of absence with no pay is that legal
