Ive handed in my notice on the 1st August * and my end date ia the 29th August *. My employer has informed me i have *.5 days of annual leave entitlement and requested that I submit my timesheets today( 13th August *) to use all *.5 days in what remains of my notice period. Can they legally do this

I was only given notice today
