I was fired for a reason that violated my civil rights and I told the company if they followed through with termination I would reach out to eeoc and ier division of doj. After finding out I filed complaint they lied about my termination reasons also lied to unemployment to get my benefits denied and also ran a back ground check after I was no longer a employee try to say the reason for my termination was unsatisfactory background but that’s retaliation and a lie because I was fired before date check was ran,
