It sounds like a serious concern, ****. Was there any harm caused to patients or any complaints received due to this incident?
No not that I’m aware
It seems like there might be potential concerns regarding the storage of vaccines. While there might not be immediate complaints, it's crucial to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You might want to consult with your employer or a legal expert about the storage protocols and any potential liability. Is there anything specific you would like to know about handling such situations?
I wrote a letter to the owner but he’s refused to respond. I left my job over this appalling behaviour.

she says she was allowed to administer vaccines when kept out of fridge although it was for at least ten hours. The vaccines are meant to be kept between * and 8C. She then got a letter from csl sequris stating it was safe to use but I read the letter and it states that regardless the vaccines need keeping at *-8C why would she request the letter when she says she didn’t administer the vaccines
