Im not sure my issue is that I work night Audit at a motel for a few months * maybe 3 months I had trainning 2 days a week for a month. Apparently I made a mistake and the manager is saying that she had to pay *$ out of her pocket and now is telling me I have to pay it back to her by putting it under her door. She has not told me or shown me what I had done wrong also it was a few weeks ago. I dont know if ive been making the same mistake everyday since then and will be made to pay for that everyone that works the front desk is new but they all have had * to * weeks trainning daily watched videos etc. Now they all are getting retrainned again. Ive been asking if I could have more trainning ask questions daily about how to do things to other employees and come in on my dat off. Not on the clock to learn my hob better. Now im scared if I dont pay her ill lose my job. No one else has been asked to pay anything and im not even sure what i did.
