My first day In July *,* signed a Member's Sworn Statement of Election of Retirement Plan ( Contract elected to PLAN D, the contributory pension plan) A Manager saw my pension plan in PLAN D went and sabotaged it using deception, intentionally misrepresentation by calling my pension plan invalid, a mistake using "O-Item" that was in my financial account as my status (TEMPORARY) when he knows that the O-Item print was the generic status before any in coming employee even accepted the position.
