I talked about my previous job experience including good and bad and my former employer sent intimidating messages before i spoke even tho i signed no contract or nda, bow my former employer is threstening to come to my job

I have made a harrasment complaint with the sherrifs office but dont plan to do anything unless my former boss acts on any threats made or makes further contact.... this boss has another case on them which tied my complaint in... i dont want to do anything or be apart of that case, how do i opt out?
