Yes, I had a situation at work and I’m wondering if I could take legal action.
Sure, ****. Could you please provide more details about the situation at work? Additionally, your location would help me provide more accurate information.
Maryland. While at work, a man threatened to shoot me. He then proceeded to put something against my back making multiple threats and saying he knew my face and he could find me. To add on, when I told management and when I approached them visibly shaking and in distraught they told me it would be okay and that it happens. And that their was another guest ready for me to help (basically saying get back to work) they didn’t offer any assistance, didn’t call the police and didn’t make a report to the stores safety team.
