Can you give me a bit more information about the issue?
My boss, left the jobsite to go to corporate and ask the security officer, former state police, to verify my past employment. The security officer called his friend, current state police, and the friend said that I may have been involved in an investigation years prior. The security guard then called the detective that has a case out against me and gave him a picture of me to verify that the detective knew who I was. Then the security guard ran a background check through a third party, however, I was never convicted, only charged so the the charges did not show up. The security guard then went to the courthouse to obtain the legal documents about my case. The security guard then said I violated my bail conditions by doing online training and complained to the state police. The security guard and state police came to the office, arrested me and fired me claiming I violated my bail.
