Hello ****, thank you for providing your location. Could you please share more about the specifics of your employment case? Are you dealing with issues such as wrongful termination, discrimination, or wage disputes?
I gave more than * weeks in writing and when i signed my resignation letter Mandy marked me rehireable and the assisant manager was a witness. After a few months i tried to get my job back and was told mandy was no longer employed there and Dana said my paperwork said i was NOT rehireable. So someone changed my paperwork after i signed it. I had to threaten legal action to make Dana fix it but she went on to say because i threatened legal action i would NEVER work there again.
