I’m in South Carolina, but since my employer and headquarters is in Boston, this makes it a Federal matter. Not that I will neglect filing state charges at all!!! I will do everything needed.

It’s more than that… here is a draft of a demand letter that I did… would you like to see it? I just do not have time or evergy to sit around for months to get money that was stolen… wage theft, and I want to move on. (Not that I won’t still file complaints)
