So ive been working for the owner of the red hill motel here in weaverville, she was allowing me to sleep in my car on the property and in turn i did a lot of work for her and never got paid. Her oldest son has been harassing me the whole time i was working for his mom, she would tell him to stop but he wld continue anyway. This made for a very hostile work environment and just a few days ago she kicked me off the property because her son has to be rude and disrespectfull so i get into a verbal altercation with him at midnight. The owner tell me her son is who he is bur she expected more from me. So i would like to know what california laws apply to and address a hostile work environment. Too, the owner keeps rhreatening to kick out her maintanence man who she lets live there for free but doesnt pay him for the work he does, he has been living there for over a year. Doesnt the maintanance guy have a right to have guests over when hes not working. I feel very bullied and anyone who trys to help me the owner threarens to kick them out. Isnt there laws against that
