Hi Adam! What legal issue are you dealing with today?
i was fired from my job for having a service dog. i filed a complaint with the EEOC. by the time i had my intake interview with them it was past the 300 days and i wasnt able to get a notice of right to sue. so i wasnt able to sue for discrimination. i saw you can sue for wrongful termination for up to 4 years for violation of public policy, wouldnt i have a legal right to a service dog? i live in nebraska. they made up a reason for firing me with cause which i appealed to the unemployment departemnt. I have an appeal decision from the state unemployment office stating that even if i did what they accused me of that they had no reason to fire me. i live in nebraska
