Need help to get advice how to get help solving a issue on not paying me for my work when I reported to Oxnard police my car was broken in to and called bank to report n the lady is refusing to pay me plus other issues of not paying for a vacuum service done and also not letting me drink water during work unti finished what she asked to do first no brakes plus no tax form just paying me tru personal checks. And she is going tru ihss I have documents of the messages of her saying she will pay me and she changes her mind back-and-forth me runarounds.
