My nephew created a fake will forged my mother's signature say she left him *% of everything she owed used notary that was suspended and tbis notary cant be found so I filed to annull the will and the judge ruled in my favor so the will is annulled so now my nephew is living in my moms home he had me evicted because of the fake will but niw that it is anulled what is my next move to remove him from my moms home we live in Louisiana
