Summary
If a 55+ park sold your inherited modular home without notifying you, you may have legal grounds to sue. As a legal heir, you might have property rights, and the park should have notified you before taking any action. Selling the home without proper authority could be unlawful. To fire a probate attorney, review your contract, notify them in writing, request your file, and inform the court if necessary. If you suspect your probate attorney of misconduct, review financial records, request an accounting, and consider filing a complaint with the California State Bar. Hiring an attorney familiar with the location of the legal matter is advisable. Consider consulting a lawyer, especially one who works on a contingency basis, for personalized advice.Full Conversation
