Hi,
Hi there! Could you please share your name so I can assist you better?
Hi, My sister won in a lawsuit against my mother and stole from my mother our family home. She requested a Leave fir Appeal and was denied by the Superior Court in Ontario. Can you kindly tell me what this means? My mother had a brain injury and was never told by my siblings that my father left her all his properties. I just found out a year ago plus that she is penniless. I am now her POA for Health and Property and don't know how to get her properties back. Our most recent lawyer is being challenged thru an Assessment but is lying. I'm trying to hire an Assessment Lawyer to help get lost money back as our lawyer billed me for all my work that I did. Can you give me some advice? Thank you

We asked the lawyer that we are assessing and are challenging him on why he didn't complete a Statement of Claim as 7 months have passed. We believe he was negligent and wants out timeline to expire. Is this the case?

I did all the work. Our lawyer was working on a trial during the time we were hired. Negligence has definitely occurred as we have nothing to show for all the money he was given. He couldn't even secure funds for long term care for my mother. I know the value of all the properties my mother was left I just don't know how to get all her wealth back. I'm her eldest and my fathers wishes and his Will was stopped by my other sister snd her husband and nobody was to get a thing until they fulfilled taking care of my mother. So now I have the POA for Health and Property and they have all her money snd my inheritance snd I can't afford taking care of her needs. What do I do as nobody is helping me?

In afraid that I won't be represented properly as the first lawyer took the only money I could recover from TD Bank when I opened a Fraud Case. I know that there are more accounts at TD that show about a $1M missing. How do I get this missing money as TD knows that Fraud has been committed bout I don't know how to challenge them. The family home is now sold from a divorce and my sister and x brother in law walked out with $*.578M and my brother sued and stole my mothers family farm that my father left her and it's in his name now. Is there any advice you can give me?
