My brother-in-law told my father-in-law's estate planning attorney that his mother had nothing in her name only, I know she did have assets in her name only and we suspect he is hiding assets that should have gone to his father. The trustees misappropriated funds their attorney claimed they lost $15K, he was told just becsuse the trustees told him, a beneficiary, thst thry put different assets into the trust if they later clsim they never existed i cant fight th.is
