My grandmother just passed away my aunt says that I'm not on the Deed to the house but I remember years ago going to a bank and signing something when it comes to the house with my Grandma at a bank I forgot exactly what. Also my father passed away and I'm sure that he signed something as well I wasn't sure if because of those two situations that the house still is partially belonging to me and my brother
