I am a beneficiary of an estate in which the trustee may be in breach. We are working towards mediation. They have sent en email demanding i share inventory of what is in my possession from the property from 2 years ago. The trustee received this inventory back then and declared the matter closed. Do I need to resubmit the inventory to satisfy their request?
Hey Albert, considering the trustee had previously received and declared the inventory matter closed, you may not be required to resubmit it. However, it might be useful to review the trust documentation or consult with a legal advisor to be sure. Would you like assistance connecting with a local lawyer?
