Hello Allen, I understand your concern. To assist you better, could you please provide your location? Laws pertaining to Power of Attorney (POA) and trusts can vary by region.

Hello Allen,
In California:
- A power of attorney (POA) holder owes a fiduciary duty to the principal.
- They must act in the principal's best interest, not misuse the assets.
- If you suspect misuse, you can petition the court for a review of the POA's actions.
Consider consulting a local attorney for specific advice.
Thank you, that is what i thought
You're welcome, Allen. If you need further assistance or have other queries, feel free to ask. Remember, it's always best to consult with a local attorney for specific advice on your situation.
